Getting started

Set up the company, then send the crew to work.

A product-level path for administrators. Provider credentials, storage IDs, and deployment internals stay out of the field workflow.

  1. 1

    Access your organization

Use the invitation from your company administrator and sign in with your managed Crewenda account.

  2. 2

    Review company settings

Confirm company name, time zone, working days, units, map provider, and notification defaults.

  3. 3

    Invite users

Add each person once, assign the least-privilege app role, and limit project access where appropriate.

  4. 4

    Add projects and resources

Create active projects, employees, vendors, locations, vehicles, and equipment.

  5. 5

    Choose notifications

Email and SMS are independent. SMS is optional and requires phone-specific recorded consent.

  6. 6

    Create the first dispatch

Assign a project, foreman, crew, start time, and instructions. The in-app assignment is authoritative.

  7. 7

    Complete a Daily Log

Save a field draft, attach permitted media, review the entries, and submit the day’s report.

  8. 8

    Review history

Use project, vehicle, equipment, restocking, notification, and payroll history for follow-up.

SMS setup is deferred: do not enable SMS until Crewenda’s A2P campaign is approved and STOP, HELP, START, delivery, isolation, and both kill switches pass post-approval tests.
