Crewenda Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and organizations

By accessing Crewenda, users agree to these Terms and to follow their organization’s authorized-use rules. An organization administrator controls invitations, roles, project scopes, records, and configuration for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected misuse. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. Administrators must assign least-privilege roles and keep user status current.

3. Authorized use

Crewenda may be used for lawful construction operations. Users may not bypass authorization, probe other organizations, upload malicious or unlawful content, disrupt the service, misuse communications, scrape protected records, or expose credentials or private storage links.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

Plans, fees, limits, renewal, taxes, support, and termination terms will be stated in an applicable order, agreement, or published plan. Public pricing is not final. Future payment collection should use a hosted payment provider; Crewenda does not intend to handle raw payment-card data.

5. Customer data and content

Organizations and users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, notices, permissions, retention, and appropriate use of data and uploaded content they provide. They grant the rights needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and support Crewenda.

6. Third-party services

Crewenda relies on third-party identity, hosting, storage, communication, mapping, weather, and other services. Their availability and terms may affect specific functions. External notifications supplement the in-app record and are not an emergency channel.

7. SMS

Crewenda is the service sender for optional operational SMS. Participating organizations trigger authorized workflows and provide message context; they do not send independent or free-form messages. SMS requires recorded consent for the current mobile number and is governed by the Crewenda SMS Program terms. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to use Crewenda.

8. Availability and changes

Crewenda may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider, legal, or product reasons. No uptime or service-level commitment applies unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

Crewenda and its software, design, documentation, and branding are owned by the service operator or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as authorized.

10. Termination and export

Access may end for violation, security risk, nonpayment, organization instruction, or service discontinuation. Where the applicable plan and system state permit, authorized administrators may export organization data. Retained backups, legal holds, and provider records may expire on separate schedules.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crewenda is provided without implied warranties except those expressly agreed in writing. Crewenda is not a substitute for emergency communications, payroll/legal advice, jobsite safety controls, or independent record verification. Liability limits, if any, will be defined in the applicable agreement and governing law.

12. Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Additional dispute terms may be stated in an applicable customer agreement. Questions may be sent to kajlafrancian@gmail.com. Crewenda is operated by Lafrancian Enterprises.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The posted version and last-updated date identify the current terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or the organization that manages an account.
