Crewenda SMS Program

Crewenda, operated by Lafrancian Enterprises, is the service sender for optional operational or service messages to authenticated Crewenda users whose mobile number has phone-specific recorded consent. Participating organizations may trigger authorized workflows and supply company, project, or work context, but they are not independent SMS senders and cannot compose free-form broadcasts.

• Work assignments and dispatch notifications
• Scheduling updates and schedule changes
• Work reminders and time-entry reminders
• Account or service notifications
• Operational alerts

The program is not intended for promotional marketing in its initial campaign.

Choice, frequency, and charges

Participation is optional and is not required to create or use a Crewenda account. Message frequency varies based on work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP, HELP, and START

Reply STOP to opt out. The messaging provider suppresses further messages, and Crewenda records the opt-out when the provider reports it. Reply HELP for configured assistance. START or UNSTOP may remove provider suppression where supported, but Crewenda messaging resumes only after the mobile number owner explicitly requests re-enrollment and Crewenda records new consent.
